Sandwich book

     This little book is dedicated to sandwiches — the purest culinary creation. At its core, making a sandwich is simply about combining good ingredients in different ways. My goal is to make this process more spontaneous and fun — like a game of roulette.      This book is divided into two chapters: sweet and savory. However, I believe these categories should be fluid. You can fry the tuna from the savory chapter in a sweet marinade or bake grapes in a salty cheese sauce. Feel free to interpret everything your way — and, of course, don’t be afraid to add more and more ingredients.
