Extension cords
I made a book about extension cords. It brings together mobile-phone content and my reflections on the fate of an unremarkable everyday object. The design is equally unremarkable: no bold decisions, nothing intended to provoke emotion — low contrast, Arial, and a ragged-right layout. It is deliberately white, made to collect stains, wear, and damage over time. The only indulgence I couldn't deny myself was binding it together with electrical wires.
